The Kinetiq Network Management module has been developed to provide distribution network companies and energy retailers with asset management and Distribution use of System (DuoS) charging tools.

Kinetiq provides an energy distribution Network Management tool which represents the network on a hierarchical basis from transmission system connection points through nodal to individual large customer points of supply.

Kinetiq's Data Management and PowerView modules can also be applied in conjunction with distribution Network Modeling to interface to SCADA and similar real-time system management tools in analyzing loading trends and in performing "what if" analysis.

A further application of Kinetiq's Network Management tool is in the allocation of transmission and distribution loss factors to system connection points. Appropriate loss factors can be calculated and carried forward to the Billing module.
